That's a Budget?

Welcome to the new Bush Budget Plan, 2008.

In a nutshell, the idea is to spend more money on the war, preserve the tax cuts for the rich, while cutting back on human services like Medicare and Medicaid. In other words, more of the same crap he's been doing for the last eight years.
